We want to ensure you get the quality Product you deserve and have paid for. We suggest that if you have any questions or concerns to contact us before purchasing.

Please note that any returns and exchanges / defected product policies are based on online sales only. For purchases made in our retail store and their return & exchange / defective product policies. Please contact your local store for more information.

Toys & Other Products

Due to the Intimate of our products and for the safety of our customers, we cannot accept any exchanges or returns on non -defected products

Final Sales & Clearance Items

Once shipped out, all final sale and clearance items cannot be cancelled or exchanged under any circumstance.

Defective Products

If your product becomes defective within 30 days after receiving your order. We will be happy to replace it with the same item, if the same item is not available, an alternate option will be provided for you for the purchase price of the item.

– Your name

– Your order ID found on your receipt

– The product that is defective and the issue you are experiencing

– A photo or video depicting the issue you are describing

Some toys may require you to deal with the manufacturer directly regardless of whether it becomes defective within 30 day period or not. We will be happy to assist you on contacting the manufacture.
